A simple twist on the classic breakfast staple, these whole wheat pancakes are surprisingly fluffy and anything but basic in flavor. The thick, creamy texture of VOSKOS® Greek Yogurt combined with peanut butter and vanilla is smooth, rich and slightly sweet. Add a touch of maple syrup and the result is simply delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/ cup VOSKOS®Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
