Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups white whole-wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 5.3 ounces VOSKOS® Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt  
  • 2 tablespoons reduced fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • For Frosting  
  • 15.9 ounces VOSKOS® Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt, strained overnight in the fridge, in a fine-mesh strainer 
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
