Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
  • 10 ounces uncooked angel hair pasta
  • 8 ounces VOSKOS® Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
